Elsa A. Schmidt CCHt is the founder of Evolved Mind Hypnotherapy.
For most of her life, Elsa’s childhood trauma controlled her. All her decisions were made through the dark lens of her limiting beliefs, which damaged her personal relationships, held her back from achieving her goals and led her to some dark places within. After over 15 years of traditional therapy, hoping to find relief from triggers, Complex PTSD, night terrors and depression, with little to no results or change, she had all but given up. That was when she was introduced to hypnotherapy. With the power of tapping into the subconscious mind, using the integrative tool of hypnotherapy, Elsa began to feel real relief, experience real results, and so began her powerful transformation. Her life was completely changed in a fraction of the time she had spent in traditional therapy.
Elsa was so inspired and has made it her mission to bring the power of hypnotherapy to those who are suffering and stuck in their trauma, so that they too could experience the evolutionary process of releasing, removing and resolving the debilitating symptoms and negative belief patterns that traumatic exposure can leave behind.

Elsa received her Clinical Hypnotherapy training from the progressive and forward inspiring, Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, located in Tempe, AZ, instructed by the award-winning program director, Linda Bennett, Ph.D. CCHt, LC
